Kathy A. Inocelda
Executive Vice President of Operations and Director
Kathy Inocelda joined ChampCuts® as Executive Vice president of Operations in October 2004. She is responsible for operations standards development, franchisee training and ongoing operations support for franchisees.
In conjunction with the franchise corporation, Mrs. Inocelda is also the President and Director of Operating Affiliate for the ChampCuts® Roseville location. She and her husband, Andre, previously developed the ChampCuts® business concept and opened the prototype ChampCuts® salons in Roseville and Antelope, California.
Mrs. Inocelda has almost twenty years experience in all aspects of the hair industry. She has been an independent contractor hairstylist and has co-owned full service salons.
Kathy and her husband, Andre, reside in Lincoln, California, with their four children. Her favorite sport is basketball, cycling and football.

A seasoned hairstylist with over twenty years in the industry, Andre Inocelda, Vice President of Development, is responsible for assisting franchisees with site selection, lease review, unit design and approval, and build out of the salon in our targeted markets since October 2004.
In addition to his duties for the franchise corporation, Mr. Inocelda is also the Secretary and Director of Operating Affiliate of ChampCuts® Roseville. He, along with his wife, Kathy, previously developed the ChampCuts® business concept and opened the prototype ChampCuts® salons in Roseville and Antelope, California.
Mr. Inocelda has also worked as an independent contractor hair stylist and has co-owned full service salons.
Andre and his wife, Kathy, reside in Lincoln, California, with their four children. His favorite sport is basketball, football and surfing.
